The Kansas Lottery is giving two lucky winners and their guests a chance to ring in 2020 with the trip of a lifetime through the First Powerball Millionaire of the Year second-chance promotion.

Starting on July 1 and running until 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2019, Kansas Lottery players can enter their winning and non-winning Powerball tickets into PlayOn^® for a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to New York City for Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve party. Players will receive one entry per dollar value of their Powerball ticket when entered into PlayOn. Powerball with Power Play tickets will receive two entries per dollar value of the ticket.

The First Powerball Millionaire of the Year promotion is taking place in 25 participating states throughout the country with 300 winners overall for the promotion. Each second-chance winner will also have the chance to win $1 million.

The First Powerball Millionaire of the Year promotion prize package includes the following:

• Chance to win $1 Million
• Round-trip, coach-class airline transportation for two people from major airport nearest winner’s city to NYC (if within 200 miles of NYC, ground transportation to be substituted)
• Three - nights’ hotel accommodations at a luxury hotel (or such other similar comparable hotel) in NYC
• Two tickets to a holiday show at Radio City Music Hall on December 30, 2019
• Two tickets for a holiday dinner cruise on the Hudson River on December 30, 2019
• Two tickets for an exclusive New Year’s Eve dinner and party (including a view of the ball drop) on December 31, 2019
• Two gift bags, each with a retail value of at least $100
• All meals while in NYC included
• Spending money in the amount of $250
• Ground transportation to and from airports, hotel, and activities while in NYC
• $1,000 in cash
• Mandatory State and Federal taxes paid.
